“Hlasy, které překračují hranice národů. Autorky balkánské diaspory: mezi intimitou a společenstvím”

V rámci svého doktorského výzkumu se zabývám literární tvorbou čtyř autorek balkánské diaspory, které žijí v Německu, Švýcarsku a Itálii – Maricou Bodrožićovou, Melindou Nadj Abonjiovou, Elvirou Donesovou a Anildou Ibrahimiovou. V jejich tvorbě zaujímá ústřední místo zkušenost exilu a perspektiva přistěhovalkyně, jež se pohybuje mezi rozličnými jazyky a kulturami. Soustředím se jak na to, jakým způsobem jsou vyprávění o exilu pojímána, tak na cirkulaci literárních děl z pohledu překladu a recepce mezi Balkánem a západní Evropou.
Za pomoci kategorie „transnárodní literatury“ (Seyhan, 2001) zkoumám, jak díla těchto autorek zpochybňují kategorii „Balkánu“ a objasňují utváření Evropy, které vzchází z jejích okrajových částí. V této perspektivě pak už v pojmu přesídlení není obsažena pouze cesta autorek do exilu, ale také jiný a pozměněný pohled, kterým nahlížejí na literární, společenské a politické záležitosti, jejichž jsou součástí. Jak autorky, tak i postavy, jež je představují, totiž podléhají nejen jazykovým, genderovým a sexuálním normám, ale také západnímu pohledu, Western gaze. V doktorském výzkumu se pak zabývám reakcí spisovatelek na ně – jak se s oněmi normami snaží smlouvat, překračovat je a rozvracet či jak je pojímat za své.
Rozhodla jsem se zaměřit na zkoumání autobiografie, autofikce a fikce. Důvodem tohoto metodologického výběru je skutečnost, že autorovo „já“ v autobiografiích a postavy fikce sdílí stejný druh společenské a historické zkušenosti. V tomto světle pak kategorie „vyprávění o sobě“ (Butler 2007, Galichon 2017) umožňuje vztah mezi popisy intimního a kolektivní zkušenosti, mezi niž patří zkušenost války, imigrace, diaspory a genderově podmíněného násilí. Takto je možné nejenom zkoumat, jak psaní o životních cestách, které vedou napříč hranicemi vymezujícími národy, narušuje zdánlivě zjevnou příslušnost k národnostem, ale také dopřát sluchu jinak přehlíženým hlasům a vyprávěním, které pak mohou začít utvářet společenství jiným způsobem.
