Digital Transformation of the Economy and Development of IT Entrepreneurship in Today’s Challenges and Priorities of the Post-War Reconstruction of Ukraine

Scientist, researcher, professor of the Department of International Economic Relations, Faculty of International Relations and Law, Khmelnytskyi National University (Ukraine). She graduated in Business Economics (MA, 2009) and Law (MA, 2013). In 2013, she received the degree of PhD in Economics, in 2020 – the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences. From 2009 to the present, she held the positions of Senior Lecturer, then Associate Professor and Professor at Khmelnytskyi National University.
In 2022, she received a scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for young scientists, earlier in 2018 she was the winner of the competition of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council (1st place – young scientists). She is a member of CA21133 Globalization, Illicit Trade, Sustainability and Security (GLITSS) within the COST European Cooperation in Science and Technology. She reviewed articles for the scientific journals WSEAS Transactions on Environment and Development” (Greece) and Economics and Organization of Logistics (Poland). She is a member of the Editorial board of the scientific journals “Innovation and Sustainability” and “Transformation Economy” in Ukraine.
From the beginning, her scientific research covered such areas as: innovation and investment activities of enterprises, financial support of business structures, international trade and logistics. Today, her key area of research is the digitalization of entrepreneurial activity, combating illegal trade and virtual education for sustainable development.
The project, which is planned to be carried out with CEFRES, will be related to the formation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the digitalization of the economy and the development of IT entrepreneurship in order to determine the quantitative and qualitative development priorities in the conditions of the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. She is the author and co-author of more than 320 scientific works.
