This roundtable discussion is organized within the Tandem project “Contested Energy Transitions” led by Martin Ďurďovič (CEFRES – Czech Academy of Sciences) and Gilles Lepesant (CEFRES – CNRS) with the participation of Krzysztof Tarkowski (CEFRES – Charles University).

The purpose of the seminar is to draw lessons from the COP 29 and to discuss its implications for the EU climate policy.

Keynote Speaker: Mr. Stéphane Crouzat, Ambassador of France to the Czech Republic, former member of the cabinet of the French Minister of ecology from 2014 to 2017 and Ambassador in charge of climate negotiations from October 2020 to March 2024.
