Axe de recherche 3 – Objets, traces, mises en carte : espaces au quotidien

Dans ce projet de recherche, je traiterai du cacao, de la science et de l’agriculture au Ghana dans une perspective d’anthropologie symétrique. Le but de la recherche est d’observer le cacao en tant qu’espèce, en tant qu’objet et en tant que substance, dans son cadre historique et temporel, spatial et géographique ainsi qu’épistémologique et conceptuel. En abordant l’objet « cacao » à travers l’institution de la science postcoloniale, l’objectif de ma thèse sera de donner un aperçu original du monde complexe du cacao : une plante, mais aussi une matière première sans laquelle « nous ne pourrions vivre ».
