Abstract:

In his press conference on December 9, 2021, on the occasion of the presentation of the priorities of the French Presidency of the European Union in 2022, the French President Emmanuel Macron proposed to “resume (…) major work on Europe’s history. (…),” further specifying that ” European history is not simply the sum of 27 national histories. There is a coherence, links that everyone feels, but which cannot be fully apprehended yet.” It is therefore a question of “an independent historiographical framework”, which could allow to ” build an academic framework where historians from across Europe can continue to carry out independent historical work, based on traces, evidence and controversies (…) and to forge a history and historiography of our Europe and a global history of Europe”. The Wording of Thoughts: Philosophy from the Standpoint of its Manuscripts and Archives

Konference se bude skládat ze čtyř částí:

Historie archivů: teoretický pohled na základě autorských manuskriptů
Metodologie sestavování a interpretace archivů
Archivy v digitálním věku
Dopad politiky na archivy a jejich uchování

Odpolední blok v pondělí 7. července bude věnován Janu Patočkovi a jeho archivu.

Cílem této konference je započít dialog mezi odborníky z různých zemí i světadílů, pracujících na různých korpusech tak, aby mohlo dojít k prvnímu nástinu metodologie a k vytvoření společné sítě, v rámci níž by všichni spoplupracovali a pokračovali v této průkopnické práci. Publikace, která bude obsahovat jednotlivé výstupy z konference, bude první svého druhu.

O filozofii se píše, filozofie se uplatňuje, filozofie se žije: filozofie je interpretací zkušenosti myslící subjektivity v koncepční abecedě a verbální struktuře.

„Výroba“ filozofického textu, nesoucího stopy jak kulturních rysů tak sociálních omezení, musí čelit obecnému názoru disciplíny, který vidí svou historii jako sled abstraktních objevů a novátorských intuicí, které ovlivňují vývoj našeho myšlení. Píšící filozof je jedním z prvních, který se snaží upustit od této dohadovací hry mezi bytím a teorií, mezi koncepční inovací a sdílenou terminologií vycházející ze stoleté tradice. Ale dynamiky vytváření a přijetí filozofie jsou jevy velmi složité, jejichž zásadní úkol tkví právě v jejich zachycení
v písemné podobě.

Kvůli všem výše zmíněným důvodům se filozofický manuskrit jeví jako cosi zvláštního, čemu začala být přikládána skutečná důležitost až poměrně nedávno. Nicméně zejména v Evropě došlo k vytvoření velmi důležitých archivů shromažďujících hlavní filozofické korpusy, což umožnilo uchování památky psaní filozofických textů a tyto „pilíře“ mohly projít časem. Z tohoto úhlu pohledu se vývoj v teoretickém psaní jeví jako opravdové dobrodružství a nelze popřít fakt, že přístup do archivů umožňuje pochopit podobu, metodu, přístup a dokonce také zdroje, sporné body a aluze, které se publikace snaží normalizovat, zastřít, smazat.

V souvislosti s historií filozofických archivů a s jejich nedlouhým upevněním v historii lidstva doufáme, že se nám podaří dodat těmto místům na hodnotě v tom smyslu, aby byla vnímána jakožto zdroje vědění a znalostí, a zároveň doufáme, že díky nim přijdeme s novými přístupy k historii a k odbornému výkladu teorie.
